Lesbian in Training

With “The L Word” coming to an end, I’m really going to have nothing to write about here. So I’m going to start a new post called “Lesbian in Training” where I ask questions, seek advice and basically show you all how lame I really am. But perhaps it will help someone else out there besides me … who knows. I’m willing to sacrifice my dignity … never really had any in the first place.

OK, will my Lesbian Membership be revoked if I “play straight” to get free drinks? Example: I was at the Back Door last Friday, and these frat dudes approached me and my straight girlfriend. “How you doin’?” they asked. “Fine, thanks. Would you like to buy us a drink?” we responded. And quicker than you can say “I lick pussy,” there were two drinks in front of us. Of course this meant I had to carry on a semi-polite conversation with them for 10 minutes, but I was willing to participate for my free New Amsterdam gin.

Of course, by the end of the night, I had told them I was gay. It baffled their pea-brain minds. And they uttered, “Well, you just haven’t been with the right guy.” I smiled, blushed and said, “Well, I was with your mom last night, and she was doing everything right!”

Dicks.

If douche bags want to buy you drinks, go for it. You could have never told them you are gay anyway, it’s really nunya. But! visibility is important, so you have to just decided when you want to out yourself or not. As I am told by some negative nancys, being gay can be a hardship, so use the advantages you can get whenever you want, that’s my motto. then on the other hand, flirting with straight guys for practice never hurt anyone either. i have friends that take great sport in it. free drinks galore!!

I say free booze is free booze. It all tastes the same — oh so good.

A free drink should be obligation free as well. I think the only foul with playing straight is if you did so to avoid getting hit on by a chick.

Free drinks are great! I try to avoid guys when possible. A lot of times I’ll turn down a drink from guys so that I don’t have to sit and “pretend”. I just don’t like to be bothered by them. Is that bad?
